8 pgs from 1940s druggist prescription books w/completed NARCOTIC forms Hudson.  The pages came out of several books that I had purchased but fell apart or were loose.  This is all that I have left (see other listings for different dates).  I bought these fresh to market from Wardle Bros. drug store in Hudson in the early 1980s at auction.  Each page is filled with prescription forms, where doctors would write prescriptions for the patient to take to a drug store.  Many have the Doctors name and/or the druggists advertising on it.  They can be soaked off in warm water, or can be kept as is.  These are all stamped NARCOTIC, and have a variety of narcotic prescriptions - codeine, morphine, etc. Many Hudson NY druggists represented - Snyder's pharmacy, Bliss, Biesen, Early, Rossman, Levine, Rosslyn Harris, Wardle Brothers, etc.  Mostly from Hudson but I saw one from Philmont NY, one from NYC, one from Athens NY etc.  Also has a Treasury Department Certificate for allowance to sell opium cocoa leaves, made out to a doctor in Hudson (Henry Galster) dated 1935 (torn).   Edges are worn , and some forms are impacted, but a great variety.   Shipping is .00.  Will combine shipping for multiple purchases.
