An antique set of pharmaceutical scales. The base made out of wood, reinforced with polished brass, the whole overall mechanism of scales, including the chains are solid brass. Apothecary scales used for precise measurements, accompanied with lever mechanism, allowing for scale bowls to rest when not used. Marked only with serial number. Made in Austria Hungary, most likely wien in early 1900s. Fully operational. The stand is accompanied by a small shelf, covered from inside with velvet. The shelf due to its age is a bit harder to pull out.
Perfect collectible condition.
