A large and imposing Royal Vienna Porcelain Lidded Urn with a cobalt blue ground and exceptional raised gilt decoration. The central painting is of a lovely female artist perhaps Madame Vigee Le Brun. Partially reticulated neck with a protruding art nouveau face. The reverse is cobalt blue with gold floral patterns. Inside the base are underglaze blue hallmarks, "Royal Vienna Austria", and the Beehive mark.
31 1/4" in height.  This piece is in amazing condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.  There are few spots where the gold shows a little wear and that is it.
