For your consideration, from a recent estate sale of a mid-century practicing druggist in Mount Airy, NC, a beautifully preserved antique mahogany wood and brass pill counter/roller. Solid mahogany with detailed brass fittings, along with carved handles for the top piece.  Please use eBay magnifier tool to see the closeups for this item, everything is right.
Amazingly rich mahogany wood with wonderfully smooth texture from use. Probably ca late 19th / early 20th century aka Victorian

Base dimensions: 13-1/4" x 4-1/8 x 1-7/16 (top of slope) 15/16 (bottom)
"Handle" dimensions: 12" x 2-1/2" x 1-3/8"
Wear commensurate for an items of this age. No breaks. A couple cracks in main slope, but those only add and don't detract.
All hardware nice and tight. Rollers in handle roll smoothly without resistance.
