    MAKER: Imperial & Royal Porcelain Manufactory, Vienna.  Impressed bindenshield mark in center of  photo 10.  Impressed "832" date cypher for 1832 very top of photo 11 (sorry it's upside down). Signed by painter 6, Anton Friedl, with numeral "6." on inside of foot rim above the "P" photo 9.
    MATERIAL: Hand Painted Porcelain
    PIECE NAME: Botanical Cabinet Plate depicting
    Pelargonium ferdinandeum.
    The painting appears to be after an illustration from
    Neue Arten von Pelargonien vol. 2
    (1827) by Austrian botanist Leopold Trattinnick.  See photo 12 (not included in sale).  The illustrations for most of the volumes were done by Franz Reinelli also of Royal Vienna Porcelain Manufactory.

    CONDITION: Overall great condition with light surface and gilding wear.  Free of chips, cracks, scratches, crazing, etc.
