You are considering a hand painted vase  from Alboth & Kaiser, Bavaria. Has a cobalt background, 2 gold SWAN handles and a lovely medallion on front with hand painted florals.  Approx 13.5"  tall, with a top diameter of 4" and 4" square base.
No chips or cracks.
Packages mailed to Illinois addresses will be charged Illinois sales tax.
Items paid by Paypal can only be mailed to the address provided by Paypal payment.
SHIPPING TIME
I try to ship no later than the next business day. Sometimes I manage to ship on the same day payment is received. However, if your payment is received after 12:00 noon, it will not be mailed until at least the next business day. Saturdays and Sundays are NOT business days. Occasionally, I am out of town on Fridays or Mondays. Packages that will be traveling by FedEx Ground or UPS may take an extra day to get shipped as I am not close to their drop-off location.
