Royal Vienna Style Couple Green Yellow & Gold Potraits Dinner Plate Circa 1900
Very pretty porcelain dinner plate. Decorated in the Royal Vienna style with a Colonial / Georgian courting couple in the center. With a forest / hunter green along the inner rim with gold floral overlay. Has a yellow border with four small portraits decpiting ladies framed with gold gilt floral scrollwork designs. Gold git designs. The border is framed by green and gold. Marked on the reverse with a green crown over Vienna and a green patter number 2891 716. Possibly made by Charles Ahrenfeldt. Circa 1890 to 1915.
Has a few small scratches and some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.
Measures approximately 9 1/2 inches wide.
