Royal Vienna Style Hand Painted Signed Lady With Flowers Cherub Dessert Plate
Very pretty porcelain dessert plate. Decorated in the Royal Vienna style with a lady gathering flowers in the woods by a lake. There is a cherub in front of her, hiding an arrow behind his back. With a border of maroon with gold gilt scrolls, and gold with a white floral scrollwork design through the center, and a ring of gold moriage beading around the central image. With five rectangles through the border of pale green with gold gilt scrollwork and diamonds with raised gilt crosses. Signed by the artist Ullnior. Marked on the reverse with a blue overglaze beehive/shield mark. Circa 1900.
Has some very minor wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.
Measures approximately 6 1/2 inches wide.
