    Tom "Money Bags" Qualters (b.1935) was a "bonus baby" signed out of high school by the Phillies for a ,000 bonus, and pitched parts of 3 seasons in the majors for the Phillies (1953 & 1957-1958), and White Sox (1958). Qualters appeared in 34 games , won no games, lost no games, had no saves, and a ERA of 5.64. The only thing Qualters accomplished in the majors, was being pictured on 4 Topps baseball cards.
