***CAUTIONS***(Please Read before Purchase)
Keep cooker away from direct sources of heat or sunlight to prevent
possible damage. Do not expose to water or high humidity.
Do not cover or obstruct the steam vent. Do not touch hot steam from
the steam vent while the cooker is in use.

Always keep the rice cooker unplugged when not in use.
•
To avoid damage to the cooker, do not use the cooking pot from any
other brand or model of rice cooker.
(This type of damage is not covered under the warranty).

Always keep the outside and bottom of the inner pot completely dry
before placing into the cooker as a wet pot might cause a cracking
noise and damage the unit.
•
Make sure that there are no foreign objects in the cooker.
•
Never place the inner pot directly on gas or electric burners.
•
The inner pot is coated with a layer of teflon coating. Please use
a different container to wash rice before rice is poured into the
inner pot in order to protect the teflon coating.
•
For appliances with type X attachment having a specially prepared
cord, the instructions shall contain the substance of the following. If the supply cord is damaged,
it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly availablefrom the manufacturer or its service agent.

HM Fixture ships with all national carriers and based on the items you purchase, HM fixture will choose the method of delivery that will be cost efficient and most effective. In the event that there is a unexpected delay in the shipping or processing of your order, we will notify the customer via e-mail. For orders with multiple items, they may be delivered at different times.
It is your responsibility to inspect all shipments for damage before you sign for the shipment. If the item is damaged, you need to alert the shipping company immediately, and DO NOT SIGN for the item.
Terms and Title
HM fixture holds title of goods until paid in full. Terms are upon receipt; payment for all deliveries is due upon receipt.
Any and all discrepancies, shortages, overages, damages, or damaged cartons should be indicated at time of delivery.
Returns are at the discretion of HM fixture. If accepted, prior authorization must be obtained to return any equipment.
Authorized returns for credit must be prepaid and be received by HM fixture within 10 working days of purchase.
Credit will be based on invoice price, less 20% restocking charge, and return freight charges. Refurbishing, if necessary,
will be an additional charge to purchaser and will be deducted from any authorized credit.
